Trash to treasure

We were so inspired yesterday as we attended a luncheon and tour of Resource Warehouse & Gallery. It was amazing to see all the things I consider at some point to be trash, turned into treasure. It really made me take a second glance at all the things I throw away. At Temple, we strive everyday to recycle and our program is doing great. However, we never really paused to consider the "reuse" of the "Recycle/Reduce/Reuse" slogan. There are things we can donate to Resource Warehouse & Gallery, a reuse facility, and help do our part to decrease trash in the landfills. RWG helps finance Safe Harbor Rescue Mission that assists troubled women in need. Thanks to Catawba County Recycle Partner program, Resource Warehouse, and Safe Harbor Rescue Mission for going above and beyond to help save the environment!

2012 - What's to come?

We are so excited about starting 2012! This year we will be celebrating our 50th Anniversary... WOW! There aren't a lot of furniture companies that can say that so we are proud to be one of the few. We are looking forward to an economic boost that we believe will be apparent in all industries. Why are we still in business after 50 years? Here is what we think...

- We treat our customers like the wonderful people they are and genuinely appreciate their business
- Our managers stay behind our quality. Any company can replace/fix the problem, but we look into how/why the problem happened so it won't happen again.
- We stay on top of industy trends so we give our customers the newest and best

Those are just a few top notes that we and our customers believe are important.

So what else for 2012?.... ORANGE & BOLD
According to Pantone's top pick for 2012... orange will be ahead of the scene for the year, along with other bold colors like purple. Also bold in design - eye catching, jaw dropping bold. Boy is our showroom going to look awesome this spring!

Christmas

Christmas is a time of joy and happiness. Just the excitement of knowing you're going to have something under your tree on Christmas morning is sheer enjoyment. Seeing the lights as you go down the street feel your heart with cheer. Socializing with friends and catching up on old times feel the room with laughter. Redecorating or furnishing a new home also give you this same joy. Have you ever made the perfect purchase? Sure you have! You get it home and your so happy and excited to show it off. Just like a Christmas present, our furniture can also make you want to brag to your family and friends! After your new furniture is in place in your home, you just get the sense of awwww. Whatever your Christmas present is this year, we hope you get that joyful feeling. Merry Christmas and God bless you all!

Market Fall 2011

Wow... that was a whirlwind... the Furniture Market in High Point, NC is officially over. Were the new styles introductions top notch?... YES! Were the fabric introductions gorgeous?... YES! Was the foot traffic fantastic?... Well not so much :( But we were glad to see those long time customers who have become our good friends and start new relationships with those new customers. The people that were there placed nice orders and we are counting our blessing for that. One great note... those customers that didn't make the trip were definately working at home as incoming orders into the factory were record breaking!

The trends this market were focusing on Made in America which we most certainly hit the mark because we've been Made in the USA since 1962! Our new Freemont sofa was shown in our foyer in a brillant patriotic red. Our theme this market was also to thank our customers for working our American employees. It is a true blessing to have great employees like ours. So thanks for visiting our showroom, thanks for buying our products, and thanks for working our employees. God bless America!
